A scuba diving computer, which is better known as a dive computer, is a digital device that can do the task of managing nitrogen without requiring the diver to have a watch or dive table. As a combination of a timer and a depth gauge plus some intelligent software that helps to compute absorption of gases, the scuba diving computer is a popular device that is used by most experienced divers.

Refinancing involves replacing your existing loan with a new one that offers better interest rates and lower monthly payments. The length of the loan term may be extended as well, which means that you'll end up paying more interest in the long run, but for now, your payments will be much more manageable.

Loan modification on the other hand, is for people who are facing financial hardship, who have missed one or more mortgage payments, and whose property value has diminished.

Modification means that the terms of your current loan are changed in order to reduce the current interest rate and lower your payments. If you've missed one or more mortgage payments, you may be able to add these onto the balance of your loan, which can mean a very timely reprieve for you.

To qualify for loan modification, you must prove to the lender that you have no other financial resources, and that modification is your only option. Keep every bill receipt and letter from your lender (including the post-marked envelopes), and gather all your income and expenditure information for the last three to six months.

You'll also need to explain (and prove) what happened in your life to bring about this financial hardship. Were you laid off? Was there a death in the immediate family? Tell the lender in heartbreaking detail about what's happened and why you need their help. While they're not going to forgive your loan out of compassion, they are likely to help you avoid foreclosure because foreclosure is a lose-lose situation for both of you.

It really depends on how you like your housing. Remember, the housing will display a certain volume of water. So, the deeper you go, the more positively bouyant it will be. If you add no weight, then the housing will really be hard to handle at depth.

My guess is you want to set the housing up to be neutrally bouyant. Of course, sometimes it is nice to have it negatively bouyant, so you can set it down during a dive. Then again, you may want it to be positively bouyant (a bit) so it will head for the surface if you lose it. In most cases, you just want it to be neutrally bouyant, so you just have to worry about its inertia and not worry about having to fight it.

You have options when you are looking for the best waterproof camera. There is not only one or two out there that do well but many and they are worth the money you pay for them. True, you can use spit but it really doesn't seem to be as effective as defog that is sold in dive shops and some sporting goods stores. Baby shampoo works well too. My favorite is liquid dish soap! I know, it doesn't sound like a good idea but hear me out.

Wet your goggles and place one drop for goggles. Masks may need more. Spread the liquid evenly. RINSE WELL (I give my mask a few shakes in the water) to avoid stinging later on. Do not use your fingers to rinse because you will remove the film. Your fingers have oils that will cause your goggles to fog too.

The reason I like dish soap because it is cheap and readily available. Most are biodegradable.

Why it works...after washing, dish soap leaves a 'sheeting film' that prevents dishes from leaving water spots on dishes. It is gone after it evaporates. When you wear a mask or in this case goggles it traps moisture inside so it doesn't evaporate.

You may have to reapply if you remove your goggles for too long or often. Remember to rinse it well. I have used this for hundreds of diving customers with no allergic reaction but if you do get irritation, discontinue.
