anyone out there who likes ocean,river or lake swim races?
Usually a mile swim in open water. sometimes ocean can be rough surf. some races are 1.5 miles & lake races can be longer but calmer! over 18 can swim in masters swim age groups.
Yes, being a surf lifesaver I compete in proficiency ocean races and surf club ironman events quite a lot here in Australia, every year there is an ocean race open to the public called the Bondi to Bronte Ocean race.

It would be both refreshing and will put your quickened heart pace to rest! This ride will open your eyes to an ecstatic adventurous side of Puerto Vallarta which is untamed and most enjoyable!
But folks, this is not the end! The ride continues and you can go back on down the trail. This awesomely wicked ride takes place from Monday till Saturday. On these respective dates this ride takes place at 8.00 a.m. This fabulous ride is about 4 to 5 hours long depending upon its speed. This ride includes a bilingual naturalist mountain biking guide who will be with you and will constantly show you around. You will also be given a front suspension mountain bike. Moreover, gloves, water and a tasteful snack will also be provided to you.
You will need sunscreen for this ride, which will protect your skin because this ride will take place at 8.00 when the sun will be at its full glory. You should also wear shorts because this would be a more comfortable attire for you. You should however carry a swimsuit with you incase you want to take a dip in the water. Do not forget to bring a camera because this is one device which will successfully store all of your memories into a more tangible form. Make sure you wear mountain biking shoes or comfortable tennis shoes because you would be riding through a lot of different places. Since this ride takes you through different places and you can see a lot of diverse and new things, it would be a good idea to invest into a pair of small binoculars. You can bring small binoculars to check out the fabulous view.
This ride departs from BikeMex offices which is located in Puerto Vallarta. Further directions will be provided once you confirm your participation. This ride is only for adults, and it costs a total sum of $57.50 pesos. This is a ride that gets your heart racing, so don't miss out on it. It is an adventure that you will never be able to forget.
