How do you dive and swim below the surface of a swimming pool?
I go to a recreation centre and swim I've mastered frontcrawl, breaststroke, but i wanna learn how to swim below the water surface lvl like near the floor kinda like a fish swimming near the bototm of the sea. also when u jump and get into bototm and swim like that how do i jump properly
put one foot forward, and one foot back. place your hands above your head and meet your hands so they make what looks like an arrow head. point your hands along with your upper body towards the surface of the water (this is called a surface dive). push off with your back foot and follow your hands straight into the water. let your momentum take you as far as that will go, then use the breast stroke to go tot he bottom of the pool. once at the bottom you can breast stroke your way around the bottom, assuming you can hold your breath that long.

Another emerging trend in swimming costume is a modesty swimwear and has many advantages. It maximizes the ability of a modest person to expand her lifestyle. A modesty swimwear protects the skin from the harmful chlorinated water of a pool and also is in accordance to certain cultural or religious practices and faiths. It has thus empowered women to go ahead and pursue their sporty inclinations. There are also some varieties of modesty swimwear that hide a person's shape or weight problems thus helping them not to feel embarrassed while they swim.
